Our Process
At Lavan Consulting, we strive to develop scenarios based on the external trends in your field, the expertise of individuals in your organization, and the frequency of the concerns identified by the members of your team.
We start with an introductory meeting. Our goal is to learn about your organization, its needs, its goals, as well as the challenges that members of your team see for the organization in the future. We want to meet with your organization’s leadership team as well as other identified decision makers and stakeholders to understand the scope of your concerns and the desired direction of your organization. An introductory meeting is free and can be requested with our team here.
From there, we will develop a scope of the work and check in with you to ensure that all parties on clear on the goals, timeline, and expectations of our partnership.
Once the commitment is made and the partnership solidified, we begin our research phase to better understand your field, current trends, and the publicly stated challenges by other experts in your field.
Afterward, we will begin engaging with the members of your organization selected to contribute to this project and those that will be invited to attend the forthcoming workshop(s) intended to frame the scenarios and solidify our way forward together.
We will host and facilitate workshop(s) to identify and confirm the wicked challenges plaguing your field so that we can then begin the scenario drafting process. The agenda and length of time for the workshop(s) portion of this process will be determined with the leadership of Lavan Consulting LLC and the partnering organization.
Once complete, scenario drafting begins and we will check in with your identified leadership for this project to ensure that the draft is realistic, as well as plausible based on your company’s needs and expertise. Before the final step, a full draft of the proposed scenarios will be shared with select leadership team members of your organization. From here, we could go back to the workshop phase, or move on to the final step, depending on how the discussions are finalized.
Process Complete! Finally, we will present the scenarios to your organization for your continued use, future projections and planning, ongoing development, and strategic experimentation.
