Why organizational change?

Why Scenario Planning?

I’ve been fortunate to enjoy a career in administration for more than 19 years. During that time I have worked successfully for 4 organizations experiencing promotion and increased responsibilities along the way. Over the course of that period I have also managed and/or led 7 reorganizations. None of them were easy, and all of them required time, patience, and unwavering effort.

I know what it takes to manage organizational change at a high level. I have experienced what painful reorganizations look like as well. I am passionate about not losing the people in the process, but also balancing the organization’s goals with the desired results.

Simultaneously, I was fortunate to be selected to participate in a Scenario Planning training program at the University of Oxford in England. The experience was fascinating, and one that gives unprecedented insights to organizations seeking to navigate their turbulent business environment.

Trust me to walk with your organization. In partnership, I will support your strategic goals, help you to identify your wicked problems, and equip your team to maneuver successfully through today’s challenges.

My Firm’s Values:

Trust - I get to know my clients. I listen to them, and seek to understand their challenges. Then, I act based on their stated needs.

Discretion - I don’t share my client’s information with other clients. I don’t repurpose yesterday’s solutions. I develop personalized options based on my client’s stated needs.
